Download free 3d model of the hulk to use in your video from here .. This site contains more such models of hulk that can be used.. Some models come pre rigged so that You can use it easily... To use the model in your video follow these simple steps: 1) Download the 3d model from here , 2) Import the model into a 3d software such as Blender, 3DS , etc     Blender is an open source software that you can download for free. 3) Rig the model if it is not pre rigged, 4) Adjust the texture according to the environment, 5) Animate the character using frame by frame 6) Render the animation and take it to a compositing software like After Effects, You can watch this video to know more: How to do a Hulkout
